This Privacy Policy explains how Raw Take Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you join our waiting list or contact us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Raw Take Studio is an actor headshot and self-tape studio based in Milton Keynes, UK, opening September 2026. For any privacy questions, contact us at hello@rawtakestudio.com. We are the "data controller" responsible for your personal data.

What data we collect

When you join our waiting list, we collect:

• First name and surname
• Email address
• Instagram handle (optional — only if you choose to provide it)

We do not collect any sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your data to:

• Add you to our waiting list;
• Notify you when the studio opens and when booking becomes available;
• Provide your waitlist-only discount (50% off your first session);
• Send occasional updates about Raw Take Studio.

Our legal basis for processing your data is your consent, which you give by submitting the waiting list form. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).

How your data is stored and who processes it

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website and manage signups. Your data may be processed by:

• Formspree — collects and stores waiting list form submissions.
• Netlify — hosts our website.
• Zoho Mail — our email service, used to contact you.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments. We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep your data

We keep your waiting list data until the studio has opened and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent — whichever is sooner. After that, your data is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• Withdraw your consent at any time;
• Object to or restrict how we use your data;
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
